Crowned the official drink by King Friedrich August III of Saxony, Radeberger, a pilsner style beer brewed near Dresden, is characterized by its dazzling and refreshing taste and has long been enjoyed by German nobility.  

Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer.

 Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. 

Locks and Planes, a Varitage staple, pays homage to the 23 locks and 23 planes of the Morris Canal, which runs through Bloomfield, NJ. Bursting with tropical fruit and pine aromatics & flavor thanks to copious amounts of Mosaic and Idaho7 hops.  

Brewed with UK Floor Malted Spring Barley, Crystal Rye, and Aromatic Malts. Lightly hopped with Taiheke, Nugget, and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh.  

Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA).  This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest.  A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness.  A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma.  A combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus hops.

 This American Amber Ale pays tribute to the local North Jersey forges in West Milford, Wharton, and Kinnelon that helped win the Revolutionary War. Much like those forges, our kettle uses heat to magically craft something natural into something truly beautiful. IRON FORGE has a deep amber color and malty aroma with hints of caramel, typical of the style.

Brewed according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 using imported malts and Crystal hops, this American craft golden lager is balanced and satisfying. It’s the perfect beer to wash down a Ripper or enjoy with your favorite pizza.

The original Sehr Crisp Pilsner from Sixpoint. Brewed with noble hops for indelible sehr crisp flavor. 

When it comes to enjoying life's simple pleasures, there's arguably nothing better than chocolate & coffee! As such, we partnered with HP Stir Coffee Co. and combined these delightful ingredients to craft our very first coffee Stout, KOKANILLA. Brewed with generous amounts of the finest coffee beans & cocoa, and just the right touch of vanilla, KOKANILLA is sure to rouse your taste buds and get you prepared for whatever life throws your way! 

A sparkling hard cider made exclusively from of our family-grown honeycrisp apples, 1911 Honeycrisp Hard Cider combines the cri

spness of a freshly picked Honeycrisp apple with a sweet, light taste. It will remind you of biting into your favorite apple! 

This one’s for the bees! Without their hard work, there’d be no apple and thus no cider (gasp!). So, we’re raising a glass to our buzzing buddies with a sweet twist: for the first time ever, we’ve added pears to our traditional apple cider base. Resulting in a delightfully pear-fect drinking experience that’ll have you buzzing with joy! 

1911 Rosé is a blush-hued, fuller bodied version of our original hard cider. Delicate floral and crisp apple notes make this effervescent hard cider an easy-drinking favorite for all seasons. Semi-sweet, lightly carbonated.
