Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer. 

Crowned the official drink by King Friedrich August III of Saxony, Radeberger, a pilsner style beer brewed near Dresden, is characterized by its dazzling and refreshing taste and has long been enjoyed by German nobility.  

Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA.  Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate.  A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA).  This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest.  A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness.  A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma.  Combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus hops.

Part of our 2024 Heritage Series. Like Gardens Filled With Mirrors is an effervescent hoppy ale thanks to our Belgian yeast strain and a combo of Saaz, Citra, Centennial and Simcoe.

A pithy explosion of aroma and flavor, beyond hazy, and loaded with Mosaic and Citra to the point of stickiness.

Checking in at 8% ABV, Origin Jams is NE style DIPA. In addition to the usual Double Dry Hopping of Citra and Mosaic, we wanted to add a special hop to this Jams Fest beer… Peacharine! upon tasting Origin Jams we’re finding stone fruit-heavy notes of sweet nectarine, juicy peaches, freshly peeled tangerine slices, hints of zesty lime, and berry medley.

Jaguar Knights, elite Aztec warriors, fought with the strength of jaguars and wielded clubs studded with obsidian glass blades. Becoming a Jaguar Knight came with privileges, such as being allowed to drink pulque, a fermented drink made from agave sap. We skipped the sap but used flaked maize instead for a clean, crisp Mexican-style beer with very little bitterness.

Amber ale brewed with Fuggle hops. Finished with Cascade hops for slight floral bitterness. 

A light caramel malt blend with just the right amount of wheat gives this summer ale a bold yet refreshing finish. Experience the season as it was meant to be celebrated with Montauk Summer Ale.

Nerd Squad is a new 5% ice cream smoothie sour brewed with over 50 pounds of Nerds Candy, strawberry purée and vanilla ice cream. Contains lactose. Like all of our ice cream beers, crack the can slowly and be prepared with a glass in case of excess foam. 

Sweet and Tart Sour Ale with Strawberry, Mango and Passionfruit 

A sparkling hard cider made exclusively from of our family-grown honeycrisp apples, 1911 Honeycrisp Hard Cider combines the crispness of a freshly picked Honeycrisp apple with a sweet,light taste. It will remind you of biting into your favorite apple!  

Best enjoyed on a beach with friends. But if you’re stuck in reality, the sweet and tart characteristics of pineapple and mango will help transport you to the sand and salty air. 

1911 Raspberry Hard Cider is a sparkling cider made from our family grown apples. This cider opens with a fruit forward body and a lingering burst of raspberry on the finish. Semi-Sweet. 

A rosé cider with hibiscus and rhubarb. Pour into a glass and you'll see that the vibrant color isn't the only things that makes this rosé wild. Fresh-pressed cider fermented with wild yeast gives this rosé a funky, floral and subtly sweet flavor what will keep you coming back for one more sip.
