Crowned the official drink by King Friedrich August III of Saxony, Radeberger, a pilsner style beer brewed near Dresden, is characterized by its dazzling and refreshing taste and has long been enjoyed by German nobility.  

Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer.

Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Our year-round New England style DIPA Double Dry Hopped with Citra+Mosaic.

Notes of candied orange peel, mimosas, and mixed berries.

 DDH Momentary Master is hopped in the kettle and double dry hopped entirely with lots of Citra and Mosaic.  10 oz pour.

Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA). This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest. A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness. A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma. A combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus hops.

Pale Ale named after a poem by A.E. Housman this classic style was brewed with traditional English floor malted barley, which lends a full flavor with notes of bisquit, while Willamette hops impart the earthy, flowery character typical of English hops.

It's Bock Beer Time! Having originated in Einbock, Germany, the Maibock has a robust history that is as rich as the lager itself. SEVEN POINT BOCK was brewed with tradition in mind to create the distinctly crisp, floral hoppiness, and sweet maltiness that this style of bock is known for.

The original Sehr Crisp Pilsner from Sixpoint. Brewed with noble hops for indelible sehr crisp flavor. 

Pumpkin puree and pie spices, malty, bready; cinnamon dominates with nutmeg and vanilla in the background. 

Russian Imperial Stout brewed with English Floor Malted Barley, Oats, Rye, and debitterred Black Malts. Conditioned on BrightonEspresso from our Freinds from Offshore Coffee Co.

Brewed to mimic our favorite type of doughnut, the classic chocolate frosted, this white stout boasts a light, hazy tan body like the brioche baked confection, and is conditioned on milk sugar and Wilderness Poets Sweetened Cocoa Nibs, as well as Modcup coffee co Cold Brew, to elicit memories of sweet chocolate frosting and stouts (while looking nothing like either).

Subtle notes of orange zest, cinnamon, and vanilla evoke cozy holiday desserts, while the lively carbonation and crisp finish keep things merry and light.

Based on Greek mythology, Hades, the king of the underworld and giver of wealth, had a bride named Persephone, the queen of the underworld and the goddess of harvest and fertility. It’s only fitting that in our mythological beer series, PERSEPHONE’S FATE receives her other half, HADES’ DESTINY. Showcasing rich raspberry and vanilla flavors, this imperial sour ale is as regal as the god it is named after. Mortals beware, the king of the underworld is reborn!  

Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Hard Cider is the first limited release in our elevated Masters’ Series. Patient attention to detail was the key ingredient to creating truly unique flavor profiles in this line up of ciders. MBBAHC is a sweet cider that has been years in the making.

A sparkling hard cider made exclusively from of our family-grown honeycrisp apples, 1911 Honeycrisp Hard Cider combines the crispness of a freshly picked Honeycrisp apple with a sweet, light taste. It will remind you of biting into your favorite apple!
