Crowned the official drink by King Friedrich August III of Saxony, Radeberger, a pilsner style beer brewed near Dresden, is characterized by its dazzling and refreshing taste and has long been enjoyed by German nobility.
Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.
Lager - Helles.
Our favorite NE style IPA Double Dry Hopped with loads of Citra+Mosaic. Juicy notes of mixed berries, zesty citrus, and assorted tropical fruits.
Brewed with Belgian Pilsen, German Vienna and Caravienne Malts. Lightly hopped with German Saaz and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh. Fermented with Ale yeast then cold conditioned for an extended period.
Amber ale brewed with Fuggle hops. Finished with Cascade hops for slight floral bitterness.
Boat Beer is designed to be complex enough to merit drinking a few without being crippled by alcohol. Kolsch yeast and German malts are combined to be crisp and refreshing, while a generous amount of American hops have been added to keep it remarkable. The backyard of our brewery has a mulberry tree that drops its fruit in the first days of summer. We moved into our building during early summer 2011, tracking a bright purple path through our new home with every laden step. It was then we decided: if mulberry was going to get that deep into the brewery, it probably should get into a beer as well. Kudos to all the people who provided their input as we went through three "Test Ticket," versions in order to help us finalize the recipe. We think you nailed it.

West Orange’s own Thomas Edison (Hedison), inventor of the phonograph, is the perfect inspiration for our rotating, single hop series! For our third version, we used a generous, double dry hopping of Citra hops. Expect tropical aromas mixed citrus and herbal notes with a clean finish. Stay tuned for the next single hop version in a couple of weeks as the turntable rotates!
Denouement (American Sour Red)- Brewed with five malts, Idaho 7 hops and Lachancea yeast, this barrel aged sour is also supplemented with a small amount of another vintage beer we had kicking around. Other factors play a roll in this complex series of procedures concluding with a crisp, tannic, oaky and sour character tempered by caramel malt and dried fruit flavors.
Sour Ale brewed with Cherry, Lychee, Vanilla and Lactose. Think Bubble Tea - sweet and tart.
