Crowned the official drink by King Friedrich August III of Saxony, Radeberger, a pilsner style beer brewed near Dresden, is characterized by its dazzling and refreshing taste and has long been enjoyed by German nobility.
Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.
Winters at The End are not for the faint of heart. Icy winds and frosty waters replace the sunny skies and warm sand. With slight haze and crisp juicy notes, Cold Day IPA is the perfect beer to warm the spirit and help remind you that even the freezing days are beautiful ones.
"Scarecrow Juice," Pumpkin Ale. Like great music, this beer hits all the notes. Body, spice, malt and hops all come together to create a beer an IPA lover can appreciate. I've been making Pumpkin beers for about 10 years, this is the first one I truly enjoy.
Copiously dry hopped with El Dorado, Columbus, and Mosaic, leaving it jam packed with guava, mango, and orange notes.
Brewed in collaboration with the Prohibition Pig of Vermont. Triple Dry Hopped extensively with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin, Waterbury Jams is exploding with hoppy aromas like crushed white grapes, mango, freshly peeled oranges, and hints of blueberry that lead way to a big white grape profile and tropical flavors reminiscent of tangerine, passionfruit, and sweet pineapple. Pouring a golden yellow, the drinking experience of this DIPA is further enhanced with a soft, fluffy, mouth-feel.
IPA brewed with Pilsner, malted wheat, flaked oats, lactose and pumpkin in the mash. Dry hopped with Sabro and then conditioned on Chai tea, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and nutmeg.
Amber ale brewed with Fuggle hops. Finished with Cascade hops for slight floral bitterness.

Lurking in the shadows you'll discover the toasty, roasty notes of dark malts and the spicy, dark fruit esters generated by the yeast. This complex yet balanced character finishes with a crisp dryness resulting from the addition of dark candy sugar.
British Maris Otter and Brown malts comprise the bulk of the grist in this autumnal classic. The toasted malt flavors perfectly match the season as we watch leaves turn color and then fall from the trees.

Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse. The backyard of our brewery has a mulberry tree that drops its fruit in the first days of summer. We moved into our building during early summer 2011, tracking a bright purple path through our new home with every laden step. It was then we decided: if mulberry was going to get that deep into the brewery, it probably should get into a beer as well.
